Come experience Nosara, Costa Rica with us from May 3rd to May 8th in 2025. Nest Health Connections’ Awake & Alive Women's Retreat will take place at the beautiful Bodhi Tree Resort. This year, our theme centers around living consciously, awakening presence, and connecting to the feelings of joy that make us feel truly alive.
The retreat will feature yoga, meditation, nature immersion, breathwork, and so much more. While these tools and methods are fundamental, the true essence of our retreats transcends any specific theme or activity. The real gem of the Awake & Alive Retreat lies in the connections we build with one another, the nourishing conversations, the laughter, and the profound love shared and experienced during our time together.

Bridget is the heart of Nest Health Connection retreats, embodying compassion and wisdom. An E-500 certified yoga teacher and certified meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience, she believes that every individual's heart holds its own innate wisdom. Her role is to create a safe, nurturing space for people to awaken to this inner knowledge. Bridget guides with humility and love, often weaving words and poetry into her teachings. Her approach is gentle yet profound, ensuring everyone feels seen, supported and inspired.

Please note that your $500 deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the retreat payment is due by January 1st and the remaining balance is due by April 1st, 2025.

Travel Details
The retreat begins the evening of May 3rd and will end the morning of May 8th. We recommend flying into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR). From there, it is a 2.5-hour shuttle that is included in your retreat payment and will be arranged after flights are booked. More information on travel logistics will be disclosed once you are registered.

Women’s Retreat to the Present
For 5 days, we nestled in the community of El Pescadero, Mexico, a quaint and quiet town right outside of Todos Santos, at the Topia Boutique Retreat Center. We hiked, meditated daily, danced, practiced yoga, participated in a sound healing ceremony, took ice baths, ate together, explored Todos Santos, and so much more – all with the intention of rediscovering the beauty in what exists in the present.
