Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 cups frozen organic cauliflower (rice)
1 scoops vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 avocado
1/2 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth (about 1 minute). Toppings are optional, but greek yogurt, almond butter, mixed nuts or fresh fruit are good options!
