Slow-Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup

Ingredients:

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper chipped
1 green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
½ jalapeño sliced (remove seeds if you don’t like spice)
1 cup fresh salsa of choice
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 lbs boneless skinless organic chicken breasts
1 t olive oil
1T chili powder
1t cumin
1t paprika
1 t sea salt
1 t ground pepper
Additions/toppings (optional):
corn, black beans, brown rice, avocado, jalapeño slices, cilantro, tortilla chips, slices of limes

Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

Shred chicken.

Top with your favorite things.
